I had a few great questions asked and thought it would be helpful to everyone, thank you!
1. Teams in TN will have designated pit area with three chairs (more available), one table, power and can decorate BUT they do not have tents like Dragonfly?
There will not be Pipe and Drape for Team Pits. Please see attached for examples, email Update 3, or the website (www.msdroneevent.com). There will also be additional chairs available if needed for Pit :-).
Do they have the privacy partitions screens behind to decorate like other competition have posted (They have some posters they want to hang)? If not can I put on of those table top arches?

2. Is the pit area open for family to come and go throughout or will it require credentials to enter?
NO, Families will not be allowed in the Pit area.
I am putting out a competition etiquette for parents next week and want to highlight security details. I also want to make all 3 of us coaches do not have any issues getting in pit.
Each Team will be given 3 badges. 1 MUST be worn by the Coach and the other 2 by Team members. These are designed for identifying adults in the student areas. Hence, Teams may only have 2 badges but more Team members. More details to come in process.
3. Water Park is meant to be a team building event and reserved time slots are for Team/ Coaches only (max of 6).
Are there any restrictions or seating available for family who want to be onsite?
The Water Park is only for Teams and Coaches. As far as families being allowed, it will be prohibited in the Water Park- there is only a 200 person attendance max and this is reserved for Team and COACHES only. Again, this is due to the amount of people allowed in the building, as well as safety (any outside visitors do not have background checks- Coaches do).
In regards to the Event- spectators will be allowed in the Gym Bleacher seating areas only. We will have screens and the 2 Team Fields in progress.
Is the one hour slot a hard time limit for pick up purposes or will teams have wiggle room to stay longer once on site?
My hope is that there is a wiggle room that allows all teams to participate for our 2 hour slotted times. I will calculate the number as we get closer.
4. Will judges ask to see hard copy of log during interview for any progression notes in codes etc.?
If you would like to have a copy of your information, feel free to. However, it is not mandatory and Judges will be scoring your Log Books before your Teams arrive.
5. During online workshops, info was put out for Tournament manager app. Is is there any way to use offline w/out IP, more specifically access the scoring portion?
TM will be used at the Event, and yes you can use that offline. I suggest that you reach out to the REC site for further information :-)
